Scott County Emergency Management utilizes the standard FEMA ICS-213 for for their emergency communications.  Scott ARES base their training on this document.

Other agencies have modified the FEMA ICS-213 for their individual use.  ARES operators need to be proficient in handling the standard FEMA ISC-213 form and familiar with the variations used in neighboring areas.
